You'll work side by side with well-seasoned industry professionals in our brigade-style and European island kitchens, learning classic cooking techniques and methods with a modern twist for today's palate. In addition to the culinary skills themselves, you will also learn the importance of the management side of the culinary world. Instructors teach business aspects of the field and how to manage a successful kitchen or restaurant. Upon graduation, you'll be prepared to flourish in the fast-paced food service industry.

Lincoln Culinary Institute offers the convenience of day or evening classes where you can earn your diploma or associate degrees. Financial aid is available for those who qualify, and our career placement assistance professionals will be ready to help you find the perfect job upon graduation.

Lincoln has a longstanding reputation as an educational leader and we're proud to say our in-depth training programs in Culinary Arts have received the coveted American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commissions' (ACFEFAC) accreditation. (NOTE: this is not the case for our Columbia, MD campus).
